One-on-one Prenatal Yoga sessions dedicated to the health of the mother-to-be and her baby-to-be. The sessions evolve with the progression of the pregnancy and are tailored specifically to the well being of the mother-to-be. From poses that ease back pain, sciatica pain, hips and other joint stiffness, while dissolving stress and anxiety.
$250 for 4 sessions (60 minutes) once a week for 1 month
A thorough conversation about your present medical, physical and emotional conditions, while determining health goals through-out the pregnancy.
Enjoy bonding, stretching, relaxing and laughing. (1 parent + 1 child)
$108 for 4 sessions
Groups of 3 or more children: $20 per child for 40 minutes per session. Minimum of 8 weeks required for $160 per child.
Less than 3 children: $25 per child for 40 minutes per session. Minimum of 8 weeks required for $200 per child.
Yoga is for anyone who wants to enjoy a balance between their body and mind. Yoga postures can be done on a mat or on a chair and even in your bed. Simple but effective poses can energize, rejuvenate, and relax (doesn’t mean the same thing as drowsy) you. It can ease pain, stress and anxiety. Practice can take place in the comfort of your own home. $120 for 4 sessions
